The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations and customer service. Previous management experience, ideally hiring and managing multiple roles - sales and service - in a membership-based model is critical to this management position.Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:Membership Conversion You know how to promote a membership-based model, measure key metrics, and drive profitability. We would love to hear your strategies and previous experience!Leadership building a consistent, and cohesive culture based on driving KPIs, accountability, and consistent, flawless guest service. Business Acumen run your own business without the risk! The ability to analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results is key.What you need to succeed in this role:Experience in a membership model environment. Ability to multitask and delegate. Have a growth mindset with your team Drive sales numbers Provide excellent customer service 3 to 4 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry. Flexible schedule this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
