Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial
reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
GAAP and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering a high-performing and
collaborative environment
Oversee client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory
requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA
license preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
Experience in a multi-client environment with a proven ability to
manage deadlines
Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
