and support. Description Oversee day-to-day field operations on
large-scale retail construction sites (ground-up and TI) Coordinate
with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely
project execution Ensure site safety, quality control, and
compliance with all regulatory requirements Maintain project
schedules, daily logs, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Lead site meetings, manage inspections, and resolve field issues
efficiently Profile 5 years of superintendent experience, ideally
in big-box retail construction (Publix, Target, Walmart, etc.)
Strong leadership and field coordination skills with a track record
of delivering projects on time Knowledgeable in South Florida
building codes, permitting, and safety standards Capable of
managing fast-track schedules and multiple subcontractor trades
Comfortable with construction technology, scheduling software, and
daily reporting tools Strong communicator with a proactive,
