Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to focus on hiring
physicians for their healthcare mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential physician candidates using
various platforms
Create and manage job postings for physician roles and execute
effective sourcing strategies
Maintain a database of physician candidates and support targeted
recruitment strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of physician or APP recruitment experience; Radiologist
recruitment experience is a plus
Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to
attract quality candidates
Strong emphasis on accountability and high standards for talent
